SUMMARY:Yoga and Sound Session
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a private 90-minute restorative yoga and sound session with Gayla Downey and Betty Green on Saturday\, April 13th beginning at 9:00 AM. \n\n\nThis experience offers gentle movement and a restorative yoga practice as the sounds of crystal singing bowls\, gongs\, a Buffalo drum\, and chimes vibrate us into relaxation. This healing practice will help restore balance for our physical\, emotional\, and energetic bodies.\n\nLocation:  South River Yoga   4405A Meramec Bottom Rd Suite A\, St. Louis\, MO 63129\n\n\nThis event is open to only 8 attendees and is a MEMBERS-only event.  If there is more demand\, please email psychotherapystl@gmail.com that you are interested\, but could not get in and we will put you on the Interested list for when another class opens up in the future.
