Please join us for a private 90-minute restorative yoga and sound session with Gayla Downey and Betty Green on Saturday, April 13th beginning at 9:00 AM. 

This experience offers gentle movement and a restorative yoga practice as the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, a Buffalo drum, and chimes vibrate us into relaxation. This healing practice will help restore balance for our physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.
