Psychotherapy Saint Louis (PStL) is the largest multidisciplinary professional organization of psychotherapists in the greater St. Louis area. Our membership includes licensed clinicians from a variety of backgrounds including licensed professional counselors, licensed clinical social workers, licensed marriage and family therapists, licensed psychologists, and licensed psychiatrists. We are a very active organization with opportunities for face-to-face participation almost every week.

This easy-to-use and thorough feature receives about 1,200 visitors each week. Potential patients can use multiple search criteria as well as study and print out detailed information on each therapist. The site results in more referrals for PStL members.
Professional Listserv
This members-only email listserv provides immediate access to a rich network of professionals. Members can share practice information and keep up-to-date with PStL activities. Have a patient moving out of town? Starting a group? Have a clinical question? Write an e-mail and quickly communicate with your fellow members. Many members receive additional referrals through this listserv.

We offer free or reduced-cost Continuing education to help you meet licensure requirements and expand your skills without the financial burden. Education and networking for therapists. Topics have included legal issues, art therapy, websites, couples therapy, neurology of mental disorders, working with transgender clients, speed networking, taking a sexual history, experiential therapy and psychodrama, adult attention disorders, ethics, children with learning disabilities, and more. If you have a subject you are passionate about—such as innovative therapy techniques, mental health trends, or specialized areas of practice—you are encouraged to propose a presentation. PStL supports members by providing platforms for speaking engagements at euthymic events and continuing education seminars. Whether you want to educate colleagues or raise awareness in the broader community, we invite you to submit your ideas for consideration, helping you gain exposure and make an impact.
Peer Consultation for Clinical Issues group
Monthly meeting giving members an opportunity to discuss a difficult case or clinical issue along with the opportunity to discuss best practices.
